At Bunker Ball Golf, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read the following policy carefully, as different dispatch and processing times apply depending on the type of items ordered.
1. Standard Order Dispatch
For all orders excluding golf shafts, we aim to dispatch your items within 48 hours of your order being placed. Orders are processed on business days only, and any orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will begin processing on the next available business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation along with any available tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
2. Golf Shaft Orders
Golf shafts are built to order and require additional processing time before they are ready to be dispatched. Please read the following carefully so you know what to expect when ordering a golf shaft through Bunker Ball Golf.
2a. Standard Shaft Build Time
For standard golf shaft orders, we aim to have your shaft built and ready for dispatch within 4 business days of your order being placed. This lead time accounts for the time required to assemble and quality check your shaft before it leaves our hands.
2b. Priority Shaft Building
For customers who select the priority shaft building option at checkout, we aim to reduce the build time to 2 business days from when the order is received. Priority orders are moved to the front of our build queue to ensure your shaft is completed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
Please note that build times are targets and not guarantees. In rare circumstances where demand is high or components require sourcing, times may vary. We will always communicate with you promptly if there is any delay to your order.
3. Express Shipping for Golf Shafts
We understand that some customers require their golf shaft as quickly as possible, and we do our best to accommodate this. Where express shipping is selected for a golf shaft order, we will make every effort to source the fastest available postage option to your delivery address.
However, please be aware that express postage options are not always available for all locations, and we are unable to guarantee that an express service will be accessible for your particular address. Shipping carrier availability can vary depending on your region and is outside of our control.
In circumstances where an express postage option is not available for your address, we will prioritise your shaft to the top of our build queue to ensure it is completed and on its way to you in the shortest possible time. Our goal in these situations is to minimise your overall wait as much as we can, even where the postage method itself may be limited.
If you have any concerns about shipping options available to your address prior to placing your order, we encourage you to contact us and we will do our best to advise you.
4. Shipping Times
Please note that all dispatch and build times referenced in this policy refer to the time taken before your order leaves our facility. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timeframes are subject to the relevant postal or courier service and are outside of our direct control. We will always provide tracking information where it is available so you can monitor your delivery.
