Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bunker Ball Golf, we are committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read the following policy carefully, as different terms apply depending on the nature of the items ordered.

1. General Returns

If you have received an item that is damaged upon arrival or does not match what was advertised or ordered on our website, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We will work to resolve the matter promptly and will offer one of the following remedies depending on the circumstances: a full replacement subject to stock availability, a store credit, or a refund assessed on a case by case basis.

Where the fault lies with Bunker Ball Golf, such as an incorrect item being dispatched or an item arriving damaged, the full amount paid including any shipping charges will be credited or refunded. Customers will not bear any cost as a result of an error made on our end.

2. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

For all products excluding golf shafts, Bunker Ball Golf offers a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and included accessories must be present and undamaged.
  • No part of the item may have been used, assembled, or altered in any way.

If a store credit is requested under this guarantee, the amount credited will reflect the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping charge. Shipping costs are non-refundable where the return is not the result of an error by Bunker Ball Golf.

3. Golf Shafts

Due to the nature of golf shaft orders, we are unable to accept returns on golf shafts except in the circumstances set out below.

3a. Incorrect Item Received

If the golf shaft you receive does not match what was advertised on our website or does not correspond to the specifications submitted at the time of ordering, including but not limited to shaft flex, length, grip, or adapter, Bunker Ball Golf will take responsibility for resolving the matter. In these circumstances you will be offered either a replacement shaft built to the correct specifications, subject to availability, or a full store credit inclusive of any shipping charges paid. No deductions will be made where the error is ours.

3b. Incorrect Adapter

If your golf shaft arrives fitted with an incorrect adapter that does not match the adapter specified in your order, we will arrange for this to be corrected at no cost to you. A full store credit inclusive of shipping is available as an alternative should you prefer that option.

3c. Correct Golf Shaft

If the golf shaft received matches exactly what was ordered through our website, including all specified details and configurations, we are unable to accept a return. Golf shafts are ordered specifically for each individual customer and cannot be restocked or resold. We encourage all customers to review their order details carefully prior to purchase. If you have any questions about specifications before ordering, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If any item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We ask that you keep the original packaging and provide photographs or supporting evidence of the issue where possible, as this assists us in resolving your matter quickly. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement subject to availability or a store credit for the full amount paid including shipping.

5. Exchanges

Where an exchange has been agreed upon, please be aware that the replacement item will not be dispatched until the original item has been received and inspected by our team. Once the returned item arrives and is confirmed to be in the expected condition, we will process and ship the replacement as promptly as possible. This process is in place to ensure fairness and to verify that all return conditions have been met before a new item is sent out. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.

6. Store Credit and Shipping Summary

To avoid any confusion, the following outlines how store credits are applied:

Where a return is the result of an error by Bunker Ball Golf, including incorrect items sent, damaged goods, or a golf shaft that does not match the order, a credit will be issued for the full amount paid including shipping. Where a return is initiated by the customer under the 30 day money back guarantee, the credit issued will be the amount paid for the item minus the original shipping charge.
